Google Blogoscoped Author Write Writes Book About Google & Guest Blogs
I've been an avid reader of Google Blogoscoped and Phillip Lenssen for a long time now, so it was a great treat to see him getting to guest blog on the actual "Official Google Blog" about his newly self published book 55 Ways to Have Fun With Google.
Phillip lets you in on a few things about the book in the post, but also gives some interesting information on a self-publishing book service called Lulu.com and state "The process ain't free of headaches but I gotta say, it's worth it." He mentions that you can even pay and your book will appear on Amazon. What's probably most notable though about this posting and this book and this service is that the books published through LuLu.com are findable through Google Book Search.
I think LuLu.com could actually become a great tool for bloggers who would like to self promote themselves and their writings in book form. The fact that it hooks into both Amazon (for a fee) and Google make it even more attractive.
