April Fool's Day 2007 and Search Engines
I look forward to this day every year, I'm sad though because April Fool's day falls on a Sunday this year and all who can be subjected to my pranks are my sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew. Ok, ok ... I did ping Deb Mastaler and told her I met a really hot guy in Atlantic City last night and got married, and we were heading out tomorrow for the honeymoon.... just joking of course! I think I shocked her though, she still hasn't pinged me back!
The search engines, particularly Google are having a blast with the day. I woke up this morning and hit Google first. But before I get to Google, take a look at Dogpile's cute logo today.
Now take a look at what Google's offering! TiSP is a new free broadband service! Take a look below at the details.
And although I couldn't find (granted I didn't look to deeply) any "pranks" by Yahoo!, they are promoting the day on their site and with Sierra Mist.
Hope you had a fun April Fool's day, and to my coworkers at Commerce360 - watch out next year, April Fool's day is on a weekday! :)
