What a fantastic post...I do wish you all the luck in the world.

I work with families adopting from China, and want to congratulate you on being expectant parents. However, I'm a bit disturbed by the whole issue of using marketing to find birth mothers. In adoption, its about finding families for children not children for families. I find it discouraging for the integrity of the adoption arena when there is such a focus on "adoption the business" rather than "adoption the journey." Such actions can lead to hurt feelings and unethical placements, which I don't think anyone in the adoption triad wants. Nevertheless, I think adoption is a great alternative to building a family, and wouldn't be working in the field if I didn't believe in it. Best of luck to you.
