Julie - that wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be! Thanks for editing the part out about where I made Sam and Nick touch my glutes as I tensed them, because that part was really inappropriate. Oops!

Whilst its great to see Claire interviewed and by someone I like as much as Julie I have to be honest and say that I am disgusted that I didnt get a mention from either of you.

These are some valuable SEO tools (paid and free) out there that assist in SEO services. Google wants us to provide the best content and that is what they want to serve up for the user. Great comments from Claire.
